Wix has recently introduced a round-the-clock phone assistant feature to aid companies in managing call volumes and enhancing customer service. The cloud-based conversational AI platform, Goodcall, which is now available in the Wix App Market, helps with call recording, spam prevention, and analytics. Currently it is only available to users in the U,S.
What does it cost?
Businesses who receive up to 600 calls per month will pay $19/month or can have unlimited calls managed for $49/month. Small businesses that receive less than 60 calls per month will have access to the phone assistant service for free.
The aim of the app is to recover lost revenue opportunities brought on by neglected customer calls.
